Refund Policy

Didn't love what you ordered? We are happy to accept online returns of our YbyZ Serum only within 30 days of your original order date for unused and unopened items in their original packaging for a refund, exchange for equal value, or store credit.  Items returned after the 30 day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.  Repeated return requests may be subject to review, and we reserve the right to decline multiple refunds to an individual who frequently requests returns. To start the return, please email with your order number and we'll help you process your return.  We require that you send the returned product back using a trackable shipping method.  Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund for unopened products or send a replacement if applicable.
Returns and requests for order corrections must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the order. No returns allowed on 1/2 used product.

California Resale Businesses: A California Sellers Permit from the California State Board of Equalization should be provided for all orders shipped within (or purchased in) the state of California. This tax number will exempt retail products from being taxed. Products sold for professional use are always taxable in the state of California; if a Sellers Permit is not provided the entire order will be taxable.
